Lol just letting you all know. The board has coil whine. Even on stock settings.

And yes, when overclocked, thr heatsink is indeed hot.

Add on hyper-threading bug... Intel really dropping the ball.

Whole point of getting hedt is extra threads and extra features. I doubt this new firmware update is a proper fix.


Are we re-experiencing athlon vs p4 era?

Not really. They followed Intel's specs but were rushed by 2 months before they could do proper testing.

This is call action-reaction. Intel being a market leader probably can afford to wait another 2 months instead of jumping out of the ship to try catch Ryzen. Now see they can cook omelette liao...
