Yup that's what I will do. Support Xiaomi but not the global ones.

Honestly speaking, the global price is fair. I know some people are complaining its too high.
But, its really only relative to the CN set's price.

The comparison of XIaomi's global set prices should really be versus other flagships from global sets of other brands with the same/similar set of specs.
i.e.
Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 or Dimensity 9200
UFS 4.0 storage
LPDDR5X ram
Wireless charging
120hz OLED panel (may or not be LTPO)
IP68
Flagship camera (i wont detail more since i am not a camera buff)

Samsung S23 Ultra ticks all the boxes and is cheaper for same ram/storage.

Agree, in fact S23U offer more. Street price is well below the SRP for local set which makes 13Pro local set so "expensive". Unfortunately, street price for China phone aren't much different from SRP.

SG stock, but is it global firmware with SG xiaomi 2 years warranty? Many sellers put local stock, local warranty to confuse buyer. The cheapest I found is around 148x, while S23U can be found at under 1200 with SG Samsung warranty. This is why many have said it is overpriced.

Only cannot work on google assistant and android auto. Rest is no issue. But I still preferred Xiaomi eu rom. Strip down to the basic and add what u need, plus having all google stuff working.

13 Ultra 5999rmb (SGD $1160) starting price. Very good china price. But I guess Singapore's price will be $1999.
