for now really like the 13 ultra. changeable lens cap so can swop filter! i hoping for thread mount came true so possible have more lens/filter extension in near future

bit worry on durability of faux leather.

hope to see more image samples from real world users!

CMOS doesn't really require UV filter or any color filter for B&W photography, the only use is maybe for IR. 99% of the photographer use filter is for protection nowadays. Personally feel the filter is a gimmick than practical usage. Probably better off with a good tempered glass for protection.

True, now most UV filters are just use as protectors. But it's not only UV filters. There's alot you can fit like circular polarizer, ND filter with the 67mm.

If I paid attention, Xiaomi says it is as good (if not better) as the IMX989, only difference in sensor size.

The reason to use IMX858 over IMX890 or any other options is for consistency
Because IMX858 is on the same platform / architecture as IMX989 so when you switch modes to take photos, the output color / quality will be consistent across all modes

The China ROM is good enough for an average user unless you cannot stand some Chinese here and there.

I like the very fast focus best.

The large sensors also make the photos brighter naturally.

having Chinese is fine..

No issue with Google. China ROM for 13 Ultra is proven to work well here.

$800+ is cheaper in China. But note 14 Ultra is launching soon, at a much higher price though.
