Past several days I encountered my singpass error on my 14T~ did security scan, update to latest firmware still the same then wrote to singpass~
Singpass replies:
“Dear xxx,
Thank you for contacting Singpass Support.
Kindly be informed that you have encountered error 83-T991 when setting up your Singpass app due to an incompatible secure key storage module. This is because your device may be running an unrecognised version of Android, may have an unlocked bootloader, or may not have been certified by the manufacturer. As Singpass can be used to access personal data, security is prioritised to protect Singpass users. The secure key storage module is a minimum security requirement for the Singpass app to work.
Please conduct these checks on your device:
Screencast”, make sure it is not sharing screens
Go to system settings, search for “Accessibility”, check whether any suspicious app is enabled in the “Downloaded apps”
