Thru the Xiaomi app direct wor..alamak than all the service channels are not working and call hotline it goes to Xiaomi Malaysia

Oh funan store can help? I tried calling didn't get through. Will go try..Faster contact them.... Or you can try going the Funan flagship store (Only that store is actually run by xiaomi) and see if they can help you with the packing list and your actual order
Wa no lei the invoice list don't have, didn't list. Jialat. Even the funan store says dunno how and is checking. Hope they can resolve this. 1st time ordering Xiaomi kenna this thing..did you see the photography kit and pad listed in your order?

Placed order on mi.com. Very screw up. First order doesn't show freebie so I cancelled the order. Second order had the freebies listed.
Called Xiaomi support before I cancelled the 1st order, and they were very wishy-washy. Told me to wait until I received the phone, and if there's no freebie, call them again to escalate for them to allow me to buy the freebie for $1. What the heck is this??
