Wait a few days, yesterday or the past few days I didn't receive any update too.
Probably they send out batch by batch

I think ota rom is progressive update that is why smaller file size of only few hundreds MB. The full recovery rom is usually about 3-4 GB. For your case maybe needs to update to 13 to 14 then hyperos. Not sure download the full hyperos recovery rom from xiaomi server can update miui 12.5 to hyperos.
