Yes, the apps, google pay, can be locked.

But when you on the NFC without going through the apps, the lock is not activated.

One can simply on NFC and starts paying with paywave.

When u wan double security, next time u wan triple security, never ending
If u so worried abt security, i suggest u dun use paywave and technology

Just set an ultimate phone lock code will do, i think miui can do a double layer or something more secure
Think abt this, if someone able to unlock ur phone, they can unlock ur app lock as well
Theres nothing u can do abt hacker since u are not a professional

Mi 10t also win in software update aspect. Mi series is high end which will get more frequent software updates.

Well, i use the mod (based on v7.4) recommended by GCamator , so far so good on my Mi10T
