Actually Lei Jun did toyed with this idea of removing charger in phones few years ago, but it did not materialise..

I guess Xiaomi wanted a bigger (and influential) company to take the lead, then they would follow so it wouldn't look too bad on them.

Nvm as long as its the cheaper high flagship option can already, how many of them in their high end flagship still doing this price?
Next time when xiaomi greedy, new brands will launch for sure.

All the phones style assembly are the same as well for android but only the price is the main matter..

Look at Snapdragon 888 in mi 11, samsung note 20 ultra user still using 865 with a "+" and yet user still holding like they using new technology also. "Facepalm"

Still waiting for one day Xiaomi release something like Mi 11 but come with Pure Android Experience, I never buy Xiaomi due to its China like iOS MIUI, same goes to all other China brand like VIVO and Oppo.
