Actually on the side note. The chip shortage is real. Europe till now still sold out for mi 11 ultra. Good for flippers but bad for real enthusiasts.

India launched few mths ago only going to sell units soon but also very limited stocks.

Xiaomi made wafer booking for their china set more than what they forecast for global set. That's why we see very limited global sets available.

I see that they've very little reviews, most reviews comes from another 2 seller (mecury tech and caocao tech) their address is the same though so I'm assuming its the same seller using 2 different Lazada accounts. Bought a couple of phones from Monmar. All came sealed. Overall a good experience. Their after sales service is pretty alright too. If you don't need them to install Google Playstore for you, just let them know. So the phone will arrive to you sealed...
