i dont know how they can assist.. i tried all their showroom mi4i and all have the sound. so its like a design feature of the phone

i din notice it when i shake the phone, i notice it when i put my phone down roughly. i heard something loose inside my phone and freak out. i thot i bumped my phone too hard and something broke

i mean phones are NOT suppose to have things inside shaking and rattling about. doesnt give a solid feel

yeah mi4i also.. seems to me design issue.. not big problem to me unless phone is malfunctioning or if listen to music will hear extra sound..

they did that in front of me. they shook the different components in front of me and identified the sound is coming from the motherboard, more specifically likely the sim card slot cos the rest of the components are soldered to the motherboard and cant move

yup then under accounts got list all the accounts added, then when i press the email account i want to delete it open another page with "account settings" and "more".

account settings takes me back to gmail app which cant delete; more gives only 1 more option which is "sync now". no delete option found

On my redmi there is a remove button

I have outlook, yahoo, and Google accounts all on the same Mi4i.

Are you on latest MIUI 7?
I'm not sure if this has any effect, coz I can't remember what options were available on MIUI 6.

all of them have the remove account option? cos i have that option available for whatsapp account but none of the other account have that option.
