I've always been a gold/white back + white bezel user but seriously...the black bezel looks alot better than the white counterpart.

Yes. I find black so much nicer.

rmb to take out the back casing from the sim tray side

if not the back casing will push the buttons spoil if u use another side.

I broke my power button while i was trying to diy.

took me an hour to think how to use without power button.

then month later on i repaired the button

I never encountering any issue on the power button & the vol +/- side, just slowly open up the small gap for both sides and release the touch screen jumper, from there unscrew and release the battery jumper, I didn't even remove the metal cover for the main board, just lift up a little bit to remove the battery jumper...

i broke the power button when i tried to close the case.

the power button just pew flew off.

just checking where do u guys get the heat seal or something like that is sandwich between the battery and body frame?

Actually mi max quite easy disassemble leh.. maybe need more precision and practice.

Anyway, CANT wait to hoot this phone man..

After upgrade can keep as spare phone or donate to needy, i have 200 apps installed in this beast and it is still running well.. sub $250 phone can serve me so well. Time for it to retire
