Just received the phone from Lazada. Yesterday ordered and today received. Can I ask if there is an easy way to change to MIUI 8 Global Beta Rom from 7 global stable? Was using the MIUI 8 on my Redmi Note 3 and kind of used to it.

The easiest way is still got to be Flashing a Fastboot rom in the Fastboot Mode of your Mi Max.

Yah man. Redmi Note 3 is so handy. Now Smart Cell selling silver colour one for $218 (before discount). Mean after the $30 discount, it is only $188.

The gold one is $16 more.

Just closed one eye and pay that extra $16 to get the Gold RN3! The Gold of RN3 is awesome unlike others!

As for Mi Max size. It's not that easy and comfortable to hold and operate and to be carried around! At time, 2 hands plus 2 legs also not enough to hold it steadily!

It is really likes roti prata....Anytime can flip onto the air or flip onto the floor at one moment of carelessness! LOL!

Just 6 days, I already flipped one roti prata onto the floor..(Luckily it is a wooden floor)!

realise after updating to 8.0.2, my pokemon go keep showing gps signal not found
was perfectly fine on the previous 7.5.x

1. Download the ROM from en.miui.com
2. Copy ROM to phone downloaded rom folder
3. Use the update tool to choose rom and erase + update.

No meddling of any flash tool.
