It's only install the basic and framework.
If need other Google app, go Google app store install.

Most likely the developer of the app didn't include it into the list of "compatible devices", which can happen especially when Xiaomi is not as widely popular in other regions. In this case the only way is to sideload the apk.

there are 20-30 sellers of the phone on taobao. All scam shops? They did mention it's a pre-order, stating shipment will be 2-3 days after launch date.

yes, it's common to have such seller but I notice they are selling at original price at 1499rmb . So why are they not earning? I bet they are just trying to raise their number of order but they can't promise you a set. The only way to get the phone is through Mi website next week. The number of ppl fighting for the phone as of now:

there are 20-30 sellers of the phone on taobao. All scam shops? They did mention it's a pre-order, stating shipment will be 2-3 days after launch date.
