nope, you can install playstore without rooting.

I just collected mine this afternoon. Last piece. No more stock. I knew because the lady initially went into the storeroom and came back and said no more stock. I told her that I messaged them last week and was told I could collect today. She then remembered they reserved mine and took it from the side table. Mine was the last piece on the table.

i plug in a thumbdrive to view jpg but the file explorer can't open the jpg.
it just flashes and show file list as usual.

If you don't multi task much, 3gb more than enuf.

4GB have both wifi only and wifi + cellular version. I'm using the WiFi 4GB+64GB

Think the supplied do the plastic wrapping after modification. Xiaomi set never had those manufacture seal sticker.

cant really feel any difference/notice new feature. I actually prefer official rom because at least on my set miui10 did not support 5ghz wifi & sometime will have power stopped warning window.
