Xiaomi phone had bloatware?

China ROM definitely has it. All sort of Chinese apps meant for China market.

As for MIUI itself, in general it is quite bloated compared to AOSP, CyanogenMod or LineageOS. If you compare it to OS by other manufacturers then it's about the same in terms of bloat in the OS itself.

Last time I used mi5...some China apps cannot remove at all. Does it happen to mi8 now??

Also.my mi5 drain battery very fast when underground.

Xiaomi phone China or global also have abit of bloat ware.. But no worry they dun consume or lag yr phone. Global rom once u change region for example India.. U will see extra indian apps appear.

By default MIUI for Singapore does come with a few unwanted apps which you can easily uninstall.

Those that u cannot uninstall, just disable it.

In general I find MIUI 8 onwards quite fast. Smooth enough for me.

china rom have some bloatware, but to china users those apps are needed.

for global rom may have one or two apps that don't need.. don't need to exaggerate lol.
