No ah... I dun only buy local set... my Sharp phone was from HK. I dunno whether this seller is selling local Xiaomi sets anot but according to him... when u start using the phone... that's when the local Xiaomi warranty starts..

The specs of the sg set... got put NFC support.. but it varies according to market.
