Xiaomi Redmi A4 32GB

Hi everyone,
I need some feedback on this model. I know it is a very basic model but just want to know if it will need my mobile phone needs.
Questions :
- is it dual sim? I tried to check the spec but it does not say. If it is, does it support 3G/4G on both SIM?
- what's it's reliability compared to other basic model such as, LG X screen, Samsung Galaxy J1

Yes it's a dual SIM but it's only 4G+2G. Only 1 side is available for 4G. Reliable is pretty hard to gauge as far as I have been using Xiaomi phones, it's a very decent cheap phone for basic usage .

Does this mean, if I use both SIM, I can effectively have 1 active SIM when I'm in Singapore since the 2nd SIM will be running 2G and no longer supported in Singapore?
