More or less suspected liao...Kekeke...:D

As per MIUI8 Beta team advice, it is better and the safest to iron out any funny issues by using Fastboot rom method /Miflash with wipe clean (clean all option in Milfash) for this particular 2nd beta update!

It doesn't mean that it would affect everyone but a few can be the "unlucky" one! :s22:

I know it is tough to reinstall everything and re-setup everything again! :o

My first update using Recovery ROM (zip file) method also caused a lot of funny issues which I couldn't make any sense out of them at all including game play issues! :(

Anyone encountered any problem with the notification panel for WiFi ? The first version I still can press on it and it will load all the available WiFi to connect, now cannot Liao no matter how many times i spammed

No such issue here. (6.7.21).

I have 2x WiFi. 1x 2.4 and the other 5.0. They always show up and connect instantly. :)

You may wanna Forget Network and re-setup WiFi connection again. Done that? :s22:

It's a bug. The Wi-Fi icon keeps being highlighted right? I have the same issue but when you go to settings, Wi-Fi it connects and disconnects normally. You can also try switching the theme

It's considered good already being an early beta! Stick to it...

MIUI8 is much more smoother and speedier amid some bugs being an early beta... :s22:

going back to miui 7. can't afford to have instant message delays. also the other hosts of issues like unable the charging icon and red underlined words. I'll wait for miui 8 to catch up with miui 7 first, though it sounds ironical. :s13:

anyone plays bleach brave souls on RN3?

i have both mi max n rn3.. both using adreno 510 but somehow im getting pretty bad framerates on gaming for this particular game at the moment..

esp when using special attacks on plenty of mobs.. doesnt happen with my mi max.. mi max so so so much smoother and fast..

am thinking of flashing miui 8 to see got difference or not.. but keep fail-ling at flashing.. either cannot verify update or use the miflash also cannot.. is it a must to unlock? i request unlock for my mi max then must wait 30 days to unlock another device..

also.. how to check if really is unlock already? =x noob here for xiaomi phones.. lols.. so much easier to unlock, root, flash on OP3 and other CM phones.. =x

Rn3 SD can just use updater to flash if from miui 7 global stable. I think mi max needs boot loader unlock first
