Besides fingerprint, camera and battery are priorities for me. Wonder how much better battery in note 3 vs camera in mi note.

SD 650 is also much faster than the SD 801

In terms of camera performance, the Mi Note definitely performs better in low light and captures more detail but the Redmi Note 3 is not bad either. For battery life, Redmi Note 3 probably wins hands down. The Snapdragon 650 is much more power efficient compared to Snapdragon 801, and not forgetting its monstrous 4000mAh battery. If you need numbers, GSMarena's endurance rating for Mi Note is 56h whereas Redmi Note 3 (mediatek variant) is 72h, so technically our snapdragon flavour should perform slightly better in battery life. Hope this helps in your decision. :)

i give 4 x $50 voucher so 3 x $50 should be no problem...casing and screen protector slowly buy...will most probably buy from carousell or shopee as I want to collect it later...
