Collected the note 3.

Initial boot up was quite a while.

Setup was clean fast and simple

Charging is very slow. I suspect it doesn't have quick charge technology? Cos I was using a 10w charger (iPad) and it only went up like 3% over like 10 mins.

Installing Google play was a breeze (just follow the YouTube posted earlier)

Weekend then try more apps on it, should be a good

No quick charge. Default AC adapter is the standard 5W - 2A

From the website, it seems to have quick charge but from my experience , doesn't seems to be so cos using iPad charger for my iPhone 6, plugging in like 10-15 mins can easily get 10-12%, but into the xm note 3 is like only that 2-3%

Do not think it has to be Qualcomm to have a quick charge. Samsung and Asus not using this chip also has quick charge.
To have QC. Charger has to be 5v/9v/12v for qc2 standard. 5v/9v for qc1.
Last, the phone must support it.

Sadly only 16GB, search but no sight of 32GB version in mobile app because no SD card slot, usable only 10GB sure not enough but good pricing!

You mean you buy Redmi Note 3 on 11.11 on Tmall, the shipping you use what forwarder to ship to SG? 65daigou? MSC? 4PX?

Fingerprint unlock is really fast !

All multidirectional as well.

Install whatsapp is a hassle because it doesn't seems to auto sync the sms verification code during the registration. Need to wait for them to call up and code.
