Xiaomi Redmi Note 5

So .. i just purchased this redmi note 5 pro AI 4GB ram 64GB rom from a guy on carousel, which the seller claim that it is an export set which was a gift from his friend

it is a sealed set and there is a IDA sticker at the back of the box.
Upon checking, there is our regular 3 pin plug in the box..

next i went to Xiaomi website to check via imei checker and it is reported that it is from United Arab..

so could anyone tell me if this is local set or export set?
P.S, i have checked the rom version, it is legit xiaomi firmware and i have managed to update it via OTA.

How much you paid? if more than 300 not worth because export set for 64gb is 270

maybe it is local set?
does IDA sticker at the back of the box + 3 pin local plug represent anything?

You already said mi site indicated it is from United Arab so don't think it is local set with local xiaomi warranty.

whats da difference btw local and export ?

in terms of firmware...

local, is similar to global rom, export set can have 2 type of things, fake system and actual system. and next to it also a gamble to get a global rom or china rom.

and also the warranty.

so that means if i got the local sets means no need to flash whatever firmware which u all mentioned many postsz back right ?

Anybody interested in my one day old note 5 pro ? Lol. Not used to it so gonna sell it. Pm me!

Now that mi max 3 is out with similar hardware, good camera with stabilization, its a better buy than note 5 pro
