You enable full screen display is it?
Mine don't have the bottom bar anymore after I enabled full screen display. Now use gestures to swipe like iPhone.

No, i didn't enable the full screen display leh, as I noticed it lagged if i enabled the full screen display.

Mine's OK. Normally for a major upgrade I will factory reset and reinstall to make sure no problems.

Most likely your problems are due to some app or settings conflict.
