Sent from Xiaomi REDMI NOTE 4 using GAGT
im expecting import premiums to be 20-30$ higher. 320$ for a redmi note 5 pro 4/64 and i straight preorder liao
Yeah, it's been said that the Redmi Note 5 Pro will be called as the Redmi Note 5 (红米Note 5) in China.
Other markets(such as Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore etc.) should also be called as the Redmi Note 5 if the market also offer the Redmi 5 Plus.
6gb will be at least 380. its 17k indian rsNot a bad price, but I want the 6gb version and it should be $350 or less ...
Love the Xiaomi phones and MIUI ...
newstars replied my email stating they only import from china, not india.Well my guess will be the usual shop like isky, newstar.

How does it fare with Mi Note 3?
With a little bit extra, I can get a Mi Note 3.
Which is a better choise? Since Mi Note 3 has a very capable camera
The Mi Note 3 has the SD660, which is slightly more powerful than the SD636, is much shorter (it has a 16:9 display), has a USB-C port and has a superior camera (by all accounts). Why GSM Arena refuses to review it, despite the frequent requests, is surprising. It's a very under-rated phone.
youtube videos have the indians deliberately showing the sticker on the box "made in india"The stock might have already in sg warehouse as the shipment has to be via Singapore from China to India... Hehehe.
Those people in this trade know best lah. You know what I mean.

Xiaomi products sold in India are now fully made in India, as part of the Make In India initiative by the India government. Some stock are made in India I guess. Some are from China unless India has a factory now for certain new and recent models.
