tv / monitor has different design requirements, tv's viewing distance is normally more than 2meter, monitor is 0.3meter.

Surprisingly my TV just showed up today without any message or update on Lazada. Probably there is some issue with the Lazada app as it’s still indicating as processing. Really blown away with the TV quality.

The 65 inch Xiaomi Global sets on Qoo10 is UltraHD (UHD) it is written on the Box. It write 4K UltraHD.
It is 65inch 4S model. production is 2020, should be latest model bah. I got it from Qoo10.

Hi guys, just received my 55 inch 4s Xiaomi TV from Qoo10 seller - Mijia roborock. Placed my order on 28 May and came today on 1 June. It was delivered by a third party, maybe cause I did not opt for the wall mount option so nothing to setup. Pretty fast I must say.

It's the European set, comes with the Netflix remote and everything working fine, tested some 4K shows on Netflix and it's all good as well. Some images for your reference.

Overall I'd say it's a pretty good buy at that price.

1. Chroma Subsampling
2. Response time (Gray to Gray)
3. Input lag


If a TV has this 3 specs same / close to monitor, then that TV can technically be used like a monitor.

By the way, did you open the image at 100% size? This file resolution is 1920 x 1080, so it should only occupy 1/4 of your 4K screen estate.

Hey guys, i have observed flashing distorted colors pixels often in lines or small patches. Do you think is a quality issue? Have feedback to the seller and done a "dead pixel test" and they claimed that it is normal.

Is it normal for LED panels to have such?

Bought May 11 delivered 43 inch Spain set L43M5-5ASP today. Was shipped over the weekend via qexpress. I think it’s worth the wait now I have to get rid of my HD tv. Netflix native app shows 2160p on usb keyboard with F8. Local digital tv works. Quite happy

Does it look better in colour reproduction compared to sony tv? Bought xiaomi tv 3 but the colour for the screen is not as sharp as the sony ones. Regretted buying.

Watch only 720*576 50Hz with Starhub Cable TV box

Hi all,

Yesterday I got my xiaomi 4s 43 inch, I connect with HDMI-1 (TV) and StarHub Cable TV box. But I can only watch 720*576 50Hz for all HD channels.
Even local channels also same resolution using with Starhub Cable TV box.

Do I need to do anything? my HDMI cable is not good enough?

But YouTube can watch 4K.

download "aptoide tv" then thumb drive to open apk in tv after which u can install more apk for the tv. the goggle playstore has limited apk to use.

go yourtube to goggle on aptoide tv installation, u know how it done.

u paying the fraction of the price compare to sony bro... cant really compare from a budget tv to a high end sony...

we are buying because it cheap even after one or two year of usage it spoilt will be already worth the price paid.

divide the price out to 365days . One day maybe $1 or $2 for the tv.

Dont expect business/first class standards when you're actually seated in the economy class cabin else its gonna be a baaaad flight for you.

After I saw my brother new Xiaomi TV at his home during CNY, I already know Xiaomi TV is not for me. I feel that even the cheap TCL tv at my in law house looks better than Xiaomi.

I have both TCL 55" P8M & Xiaomi L43M5-5ASP, TCL has slightly better colour reproduction, remote control features and sound quality. Xiaomi wins in terms of price, build quality.
