I have just brought a xiaomi A Pro TY, I am unbale to playback my video file (.mp4) on my USB thumb drive on the TV, the video file play well on my Sony TV, anyone know what the issue, can you playback video on your USB?

Thank all, suddenly the TV is able to play the video both on the default player and the MX player, may the TV need time to get use to my home, haha

Would not trust shipping from China, even Xiaomi local require you to be around physically during delivery to check panel, as they will ignore warranty request due to damage. The risk is a little too high to ship large tv overseas, on top of not having the 3 years warranty.

i noticed that after a day not using the TV, when i try to switch it on, the led indicator at the bottom would light up, but the screen is not powered, i need to turn it off and on again then the screen is powered

after that if i off it and turn it on in short 30min intervals, i don't observe this issue

anyone encounter the same before?

In my case, sometimes first press of remote power does nothing, needs a second press to turn on the tv. There was once nothing happened after several presses, so I had to power cycle main switch.

Same issue, just hold power button on remote to switch on instead, no need to restart. Seems like some kind of standby bugs or what. The TV does not really switch off when you use power button to turn off, its like phone lock button.
