i stayed at ECFA (chengdu or ximen, cant remember, it was the one 10mins walk from xmd) last may and i would not recommend any of the ECFA branches.

1. We cant flush toilet paper down the toilet bowl - this is probably not the hotel's fault, since only some of the newer/more atas hotels have better sewage system, but still, i dun like it.

2. The "wall" that separates the toilet and room is made of glass, so u can either see the person inside bathing or doing their business, even when u are sitting on the bed, as the bed is right in front. awkward even for couples as there is no curtains or whatever, and i do not want anyone to see me doing my business.

3. The room is very very small. the bed is 1 step away after opening the room door. there is some space (think 2 steps) between the bed and the toilet, so after putting our luggages there was no more floor space left.

That's cheap, still may have bathtub and include breakfast???
The $50 is book direct through hotel or other site? Got any booking fee or include taxes already?

I stayed before ecfa kunming, booked for 48 one night with breakfast.
If is triple room is around 57, quad room is around 70+
But breakfast must go to ecfa chengdu.
Stayed before go sleep hankou, their room have bath tub, around 15m2.
Booked at 75 one night with breakfast. Think depending on seasons, can get 60+ price.

My ECFA hotel they never give me the room with bath tub sian.
Got breakfast, but limited lol... coz ecfa have 3 branches, so their breakfast is only at ecfa chengdu lol... only 40 seats to cater to 3 hotel branches of around 100 rooms lol ...

ECFA, Go Sleep, Diary Taipei, all under same group lol ...
