Yes. Same too. I thought the problem is due to screen protector. I don't understand why we have to hold the phone. Previously I already mentioned the touchscreen is very unresponsive. My ultra Z and z3 doesn't have this issue at all

Found a trick to solve this issue that is activate the "glove" mode on the display setting. Now is much more responsive even the phone is placed stationary on table/bed/sofa.

Hello C5 Ultra users! Just got this phone from recontract a couple of days ago. So far very happy with the phone. It's not the fastest especially when opening the camera. But I'm satisfied with everything else, particularly the battery life and selfie cam.

Do u mean u send in the phone ?

Yes. If you guys are facing this problem. Try this on your dial pad. *#*#7378423#*#* , go to service tests, then Firmware version. check your LCM Hardware. Is it innolux or truly?
Truly LCM may have the problem, despite it being the "better" one.

Was using truly lcm at first, they have replaced the lcd a couple of times. This time, they replaced it with a innolux one and problem is finally solved. Finally can use hands-free already.

Those with the same issues, can post if your screen is Truly or Innolux so we can determine if Truly is indeed the issue.

If your phone still under warranty, tell them your phone have grounding issue. If use hands-free touch screen not sensitive at all
Btw, if they want to see the problem, when you put the phone on their table and try, problem likely not very prominent. Try to put on their sofa instead.
Tell them when they do a check, don hold the phone. Don plug in headphone jack and usb cable because if plug in headphone jack or usb cable, the problem cannot be seen. They will change for you for sure.
