Wow Sony upcoming pro design likely Xperia pro G (gaming)

明年 Xperia PRO-G 预定
[二哈]

G for Gaming[春游家族]

Sauce : Zackbuks

And

Also, next new Xperia series likely wont called Mark IV series because in Japan it means death, same for Chinese. Perhaps they might skip to Mark V or III plus? (Random brainstorming here :p)

This is not new since razer already has the gaming controller that looks similar to switch controls.
So it is not difficult for sony to sell an accessory under playstation brand.

initial testing shows snapdragon 8 gen 1 to be even more power hungry than SD888 though. Might still get some power saving benefits from LTPO panel though. more interested in 5 iv. I wonder if they can opt for a slightly below flagship level chip for that akin to something like the SD870, and then reduce the selling price even more.

Cant expect much from Samsung... Heard TSMC producing half of the 8 Gen 1 processor. Hoping xperia get TSMC version instead of Samsung version.

Next year I guess they probably announce pro G (gaming) first rather than I version ~

Also 48mp sensor probably Sony will only develop for their own mobile first then release probably after a year for other manufacturers

Sheet man. Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 really hot and eats battery life even more... What will Sony do to solve the heater??? (Procure from TSMC ??? :p:p)

Look at the Motorola Edge X30 (8 Gen 1) vs xiaomi Mi 11T pro (888) after 6 runs Antutu benchmark the battery life drop even more than 10 percent different . Then after during 3dMark the temperature raises to 59.8 degrees Celsius! ~

This is worrying news. Who knows, Sony may just stick with a 888 Plus chip instead

Remains to been seen how more efficient the "Gen 1" will be, if there are even any more updates to the processor planned... :unsure:o_O:geek:
