You should just go to CASE since dealing with them have been unfruitful despite them making you an offer to top up $200 for the Z in exchange for the SP.

I would be curious to know if the consumer can win based on this scenario.

Yeah, thats a good idea. But seriously, you should ask for another set. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem as you.

If not, its just one of the sets that failed QC which I think after all the time you have waited for the servicing to be done, its fair that they replace you with a new set.

I use the on screen button most of the time as its harder to press the shutter button with my casing on as the button is recessed.

I installed the update today and there is this...
Then I notice

"Google play magazine" is preventing your phone to run in stamina mode..

Further more this google play magazine is not supported in singapore's sony xperia sp so I am unable to disable/stop the app because it is not installed !


So now my phone cannot go into stamina mode...I will need to test if it really eats my battery or not.
