Which should she get? Price difference is $170 which is $14.17 a month.

The 11 is better than the XR in every aspect. Unless she likes a colour that is only available in XR and not 11.

She will get a better camera, faster processor and a slightly better battery life. Are all these improvements worth $14 per month? That she has to decide.
