Has anyone encountered this problem?

Basically after keying in your name and password at the web login, you see the same screen again after hitting enter. No error msg no nothing. And there seems to be no way to access your account!

I tried the following

1. Multiple computers in different networks, clearing cache, cookies, different browsers etc

2. Forget password and strangely it allows you to change the password as I get a notification on my mobile or gmail that my password is changed. But the moment you try to exit your profile to go to mail, same problem again.

3. Tried the different way to access yahoo mail even on the yahoo messenger app. Still issue

4. Mobile version/mode. same

5. Iphone or Android mail app, it cannot authenticate the mail or retrieve the mail.

6. Yahoo mail app on iphone. Loops as well. You see the mails from the last sync then it ask you your password and loops again!

At this time, I am stumped. Cant imagine I am logged out of my mail. I logged two support tickets 72 and 24 hours ago and nothing. I hope they see that I indicated gmail on my alternate email in the form. No numbers to call although I will try the usa number soon. Checks on forum and the internet seem to suggest that a number have encountered this and there seems to be no solutions then to pray. Some get back their account after days, months... some like never!

Any suggestions welcomed!
