Year end bonuses

The way markets have fallen this year, I am guessing most of our year end bonuses are going to be bad compared to last year. I dont think many industries have been saved from the carnage, other than some US companies I guess. What do you guys think?

When your company stock price has fallen 20% I doubt you can expect much in bonus, can you?

it seems market has not been good for more than 15 years... not only just start this year...

Depends on companies and industries, no ?

Like my previous workplace, every year no bonus because business is "poor"

On the whole, I feel that business is better based on half year results compared to previous half year.
