Rast time my ex company ghost JB on the wkend for 1 day tour. Lunch and dinner. Song dah man.

confirm fake lah, even asking to have team discussion everyone contribute ideas is fake....
we all know what the boss wish to have this year..
just need to submit 3 to 4 choices within the budget and MAKE SURE to include the boss's choice/idea as one of the proposal...
after that we all know what the final decision will be...

quickly come up with some ideas submit to them and the job is done, really no need to waste too much of my time to do this boliao autocratic proposal one... u know, i know, everyone in dept knows.... but cannot say out directly...

Yup, frankly nobody want anything too fanciful. A buffet at a nice hotel is good enough, if got spare, throw in a door gift, thats enough.

i also frankly want nothing fanciful...
what team building when the rest of the year they only put their time and energy to backstab colleagues..

just want to use the $100 budget for a nice buffet meal at a nice restaurant...

end up the decision maker chose a lousy and cheap buffet at some lousy and ulu place...
used only about half the budget allocated to us...

know very well nothing good comes out from the decision maker... we'd rather fast fast get it over and done with just to answer to top management we did our team building.
most important is must take picture to prove!
