Where do you get your pass and how much difference was it to the usual pass rate?

I bought 3 x 14 days JR Pass, and 2 x 7 days JR Pass for my family's upcoming travel from Prime Follow Me Japan at Hong Leong building basement.
Since they accept payment in Japanese yen cash, so before I went to purchase my railpass, I went to The Arcade building next to Raffles Place to exchange currency (which was 11.10 at the time of my currency exchange), and after that, I went to purchase the railpass using Japanese yen.

Therefore, my railpasses costs about SGD323 (7 days JR Pass) and S$515 (14 days JR Pass).

Although Japan Rail Pass - Order Online & Travel Japan from $239 's rates seemed cheaper, but bear in mind that they have a S$23 charge for FedEx delivery charge (i believe there's free delivery for orders above $750 though) to send to Singapore.

So same rates as HIS. HIS currently offering 7 day pass at 323 and 14 day pass at 514. Payment only in SGD so those who want to avoid having to change to yen can go HIS.

Bought mine when yen was at its lowest around 11.0x rates from them for 320.

Yup.

Arcade ranged from 11.08 to 11.11

Maybe if you change 5k they will give you slightly better.

Still hoping for below 11 though.

Last offer. 60K yen letting go at S$662, which works out to be around 11.034.

But self-collect lunchtime at mapletree, vivo or HBF.

Thanks.
