if you are changing at arcade go 2nd floor. the rates are usually better there

Not really man. Even within arcade alone got big range. Few weeks ago I went and see the range from 12.13-12.20.

That's $7 diff for each ¥100k. If go two weeks holiday for me two ppl need ¥300k.

That's true.

Point to note is should offset the 'savings' against the time and transport costs to get to the money changer.

Doesn't work if strategy is to change a little at a time.

most are at 12
