that finance minister not the first time say that. a lot of talk but no action as usual. a bit more going to touch 78 which is Q4 2013 level

seems like they are following a schedule of update of tues thurs and sat as stated on http://cashchanger.co home page

but hor, i believe most money changers have a rather fixed profit spread, so throughout the day as the forex market fluctuates, the rates move accordingly.

but hey. i don't work for these guys

Too high and the Japan Central bank WILL step in to normalize it...

A strong yen = gg Japanese economy
