evilerniex, you can try buying the JR Pass from HIS International. They quoted me in SGD ($417). I bought it during the natas fair , so I dunno if the deal is still on. You can call them up to enquire. JR Pass is 28300 yen, so if you buy at $417, it's equivalent to buying at SGD1.47 to 100yen.

The price varies according to the daily average exchange rate. They exchange rate they used yesterday when I went to buy was 15.80, so I got mine for $426.00.

Try noting the exchange rates these few days and when it is good, cheong!

yah... but sometimes their rate lags behind the current exchange rate, so it is safer to call and check the price before gg down
