the arcade at raffles place have many moneychanger with good rates. chinatown also.
currently is 15.0600@ mustafa.

i cant tell u wat rate to change at... coz the rates could go either way.
just make sure to check http://www.mustafa.com.sg/forex.asp before u go change, so that u have a rough gauge wat the rates u shld be getting
