the rate is already quite attractive now .. i think its no harm to change some now and then see what happens after the 14th. Dollar cost averaging mah.. still win-win.

provided you didn't already change a few k at 12+. else, the averaging will be minimal if the current batch you change like ~1-2k. haiz.
