Yilan/Jiaoxi Minsu Recommendation

Hi all,

Am planning a trip to yilan/jiaoxi for 2 nights,.

Is there any minsu that is close to stone house style in hualien that is suitable for elderly?

Am thinking on the following itinerary for the 8 day trip

Singapore > Taoyuan > Taipei (1 night) > Kaoshiung (1 night) > Kaoshiung (1 night) > Yilan (1 night) > Yilan (1 night) > Taipei (1 night) > Taipei (1 night) > Taoyuan > Singapore

In addition, any driver to recommend for a group of 7 ppl?

Should we self drive in yilan?

You first night in Taipei can change to taoyuan, don't need go north since you are going south. Or Taichung if you looking for night market.
I thing Yilan stay 1 night is enough, but still depend on yr plan.

Actually bringing elderly so thought of staying at family minsu which they have never tried before. Ya maybe i shouldnt spent time travelling to taipei.

Any minsu to recommend at kaoshiung or yilan/jiaoxi?

Is taichung worth going?

For me, I prefer Taichung more than Kaohsiung. Kaohsiung not much attractions.
Within Taichung, 1 or 2 full days is enough.
Look at the map to plan your route, it's easier to see which city to go.
I don't know any minsu in those area.
