Why mods keep banning same people? I believe some forumers keep commiting the same that cause them banned but i don't believe all who are banned often commit the same every time?

Can tell us what are the list of words you have that you base on to say forumers use offensive, obscene words? There must be a standard. I believe mods here also want to be professional by not banning and infracting forumers just for the sake of doing do.
