But then, does what you eat = what your body absorb? Let's say you need 60g of protein, by eating 60g of protein, will it be absorbed entirely?

that's your minimum.. max should be twice... but who can afford to eat that much?
If you are sedentary, why are you taking twice or 1.6g/kg body weight? Even endurance athletes who train 4-5X each week at an hour per session takes around 1.2g/kg body weight of protein only.

What how to eat? 3 slices of Sunshine low GI high fiber bread is already about 21g of protein leh. That's what I eat every day for bfast with a cup of kopi O kosong added with a splash of no sugar soya bean milk.
