"Your device isn't compatible with this version"

Hey all, I bought a brand new samsung s3 LTE yesterday. It's a local set. Somehow I have a problem downloading apps via the play store. Most of the app pages have the message: "Your device isn't compatible with this version". I've updated the firmware to android 4.3. My phone is not rooted.

Please help. Much appreciated. Thanks!
