YouTube loading issues on MBA (2015)

I am currently using the MBA 2015 version. When I am on YouTube, the videos are usually choppy and sometimes even unresponsive when I set it to a higher resolution. This happened only after I upgraded to the new OS X EI Captain software. Has anyone faced this issue before and how do I resolve this?

Are you running flash?
Try this

Safari -> Preferences -> Security.

Either

1. Uncheck Internet Plug-ins
2. Or head to Plug-in settings to disable Flash

I have flash enabled and I don't have the choppy YouTube videos. Is it only on safari? Or across all browsers?

that is why i am still on yosemite.

keep upgrade os but they come with bug

until final build of el capitan then i upgrade

Yosemite was very laggy for me. glad I updated to El Capitan...

Network slow? No problem here with MBP 2007

to troubleshoot toggle live it can't load video watch live.
