I thought I'd post this for those on Z690 already. If you want 13th Gen RaptorLake to work properly, please follow Shamino's advise as detailed in the link below.

Make sure you do all steps in sequence. I probably think you don't have to bother to switch bios to update both as I think most are running 1 bios mainly. If you switch between main and backup bios often, then do this procedure for both the bios.
The above link is for Asus but you can find corresponding drivers and ME update tool for your own brand of boards.
This process ensures full performance and stability of the board with 13th Gen CPUs and also reflects the proper SP rating of 13th Gen CPUs on Asus Z690 boards.
