right now...until official on Asus FB page and their websites... waiting as well...

looking at X302 which allows me to choose onboard GPU or an Nvidia GPU

i'm also keeping tabs on this beauty. ever since they made the announcement a few months ago i've been looking forward to this. this and the toshiba kirabook. both has been announced... but no news of it in Sg. : (

but with the corning glass on this infinity, votes are swaying!

so far the only two brands which excites me are the Asus Infinity X302 and the Lenovo T440s

and I do agree that I am also having alot of reservations for gorilla Glass

can always upgrade from HDD to SSD anytime. Asus damn ********... they can exactly just have a UX300 version which allows people to customize the CPU, GPU and HDD/SSD but instead they purposely come out with two models.

UX301 - Can choose Haswell CPU and fixed 512GB SSD
UX302 - Can choose GPU and fixed HDD +16 GB SSD

anyway... I was chatting with some fans in Asus FB page. Some of them are suggesting that Asus maybe timing the release together with Win8.1 & Thanks Giving or X`mas

Robert Niel The UX301/302 were shown off at IFA but unfortunately Asus weren't willing to give a precise release date or announce pricing for any region. The current aim appears to be for availability sometime in the next couple of months. I get the impression that mid/late October or early November seems the most likely, to tie up with Microsoft's October 18th release of Windows 8.1.

probably the best ultra book ever lolx... wondering what is holding these people from creating the Ultimate product.

asus did alot of rights during the ultraportable period in 2011 but now.... sigh... but still I hope it will hit our shores soon!
