Caesar 0+0 is consider the full package. C1 cost is too high. *especially* if u lose the 50/50.
get new S agent is 100% better then repeating the same agent.

this yanagi and light , quite difficult to decide ..

Yanagi gimmick is electric anomaly.. like disorder won't take away the effect.

light is like fire stunner that provide buff. i don't have that koleda

still don't know which to pick .

btw after 3 months.. the most versatile character to me is Rina. if you are missing any character just ask her to fill in first. she is amazing with the pen buff
