Just received sms from singtel to inform that the tentative date to process number porting is today. :s12:

3 mins later 2 more sms inform successfully ported into singtel, number will be switched to singtel port in number tomorrow???

Number really ported to zero1 at about 12am. :)

Other telco sim suddenly no signal at about 11pm. Then after 12 am noticed zero1 sim changed to 3G. Lucky can connect back 4G after reboot phone.

Yesterday the temporary number got rejected by my singtel app. Now can use the app. Just on mobile data and the app auto login, no need key in otp, display my ported in number.

Do they contact you when it's port over?

My line suddenly no old telco signal Liao... meaning can use zero1 SIM card with port over number?
No SMS.

Same like you, my old SIM suddenly had no reception and no data. Switched SIM and could get data but number not ported over yet but you can call out with the new number. Downtime maybe less than 6 hrs.

nice feedback 'template', may be also good to include phone model and indicate port or new number.

Received SIM card on 27th march.
Still waiting to port in my number
Speedtest results are promising leh...

I usually use 4GB+ data on my current M1 plan always pay extra 10.70 cos exceed.
Hopefully after the 3GB Zero1 don't fail me lol

Account number: 30003XXX (I'm not sure if this is considered <3000)
Contract Status: Pending

Btw how does porting in work for Zero1? Singtel handle the porting in and my M1 plan will cancel after number port over?

Account: 3000 2xxx
Tel no. 9xxxx
Plan: $19
Phone model: iPad Pro 10.5 LTE
Type: new line
Applied : 12 Mar
Got SIM card: 26 mar
Account activated: 30 March

1st test / 2nd test different server:
Speed down 119 / 114 Mbps
Speed up 13.0 / 18.4 Mbps
Singtel 4G

Using my iphone SE with another Singtel SIM card test same time

Speed down 134Mbps
Speed up 134 Mbps
Singtel 4G

So Singtel still wins over zero1....at same spot (Bedok)

My case is about the same. Registered 12/3, got sim on 22/3, status changed to activated on 28/3. Today received SMS from Singtel that porting will take place today. So far have been getting 4g & 4g+ tested at limited locations.

Registered at 12/3/2018, Received SIM 22/3/2018. Before I have sent in port in the request form with IC front and back copy. 29/3/2018 received port in the notification. This morning received port-in failure. Contacted Circle life, they told me is Zero 1 may not send in enough information thus delay the port out request. Sent Circle line the form, they said they didn't receive this form from Zero1. Been waiting for so long for this, don't even understand why they asked us to complete the form at the begining when they didn't even send in for porting over.

It is like a case of landlord and tenant and normally the landlord has superior power.

Actually come to think of it, with the support getting from zero1, I highly doubt it will get resolved anytime soon.

Plus the Email will be standard again, asking to take out Sim card, restart phone, go to different places and try bla bla.

Overall very bad experience...

just another case of consumers not doing their homework before taking the plunge. MVNO users have lower priority especially in congested areas. that explains the inconsistent speeds and connectivity users are experiencing.

Ported over this morning at around 1130 without any sms. Realised no data connection, then after a while, Singtel logo changed to emergency calls only. Mind you, i received my sim since the 21st March.

When it comes to data priority, is this the new order?

1) Singtel postpaid
2) Singtel prepaid
3) MVNO (Zero1)

Hmm maybe true but why is postpaid ahead? Both prepaid and postpaid have to pay before can use. Does contract obligation entitle priority? How about sim only plan then
