These guys are like 1 man shop operation, terrible in every means. I signed up in march, haven received any notifications about new sim or port. Singtel tel sms me says my port will happen tomorrow ( contrary to what Z1 says) which means i will be totally lost without my number.

Seriously i dont know how these guys want to survive with such launch, even as a virtual telco. I send couple of emails to them since then but no replies.

Terrible terrible service, please keep away till they get their business right

They've certainly had issues with porting-in customers.

Your case though seems rather extreme.

After signing up, I got my SIM card on the date and time of my choosing albeit a week or so later, SIM card started working rightaway at 4G speeds. No problem since.

Agree that their is no service. Already two month liao why don't you go to their office and settle everything if you keep email i guess things will not sort out. You need to find alternative way to settle.

Anyone know how to terminate zero1 line? Do we have to send email to them and it will be terminated after 1 month?

It is not possible to transfer account, so I doubt anyone will let go of his/her account to you as his/her personal details are still registered with that line.
