Seems like some of the users here have feedback that the throttled speed of the 9.90 plan is slower after certain gb used. So it might not be the same.

Did you email them to complain that the 9.90 throttled speed is too fast, not fair for the 29.90 plan users; like what you did previously?

Acherly I email to them tell them to make sure my speed is good and everyone else speed is slower than mine.
